Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hrs prior to your appointment. A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation and rescheduling less than 24 hrs to your appointment. If you are late to your appointment by 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled. You will need to rebook and your deposit will be forfeited. No shows will result in 50% of the service booked. No shows for a second time will no longer be able to book with Face It By Destiny.
